By accessing our website, submitting an onboarding form, or using any HomeTownLive service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or an authorized representative of a school or organization) and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

To access certain services, you must complete our onboarding form with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Providing truthful and up-to-date contact information for your school or organization.
• Ensuring that any logo, branding, or content you submit does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Stream or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.
• Broadcast copyrighted music, films, or other protected material without proper licensing.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with our platform or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network connected to HomeTownLive.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any school or organization.

Fees for HomeTownLive services are outlined in the package or agreement provided to your school or organization. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees on time as per your selected plan.
• Authorize us to charge your designated payment method for recurring fees.
• Notify us promptly if your billing information changes.

HomeTownLive may offer a 30-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial is available once per organization. At the end of the trial period, continued use of the service will require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offerings at any time.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, HomeTownLive does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeTownLive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HomeTownLive services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct harmful to our platform, users, or business.

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us at sales@hometownlive.tv. Cancellation terms are subject to your service agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction.

HomeTownLive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
